With a commitment of 16 years in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about nurturing young minds. Upon joining Sparkletots in 2007 with expertise in Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education focusing on literacy development, my initial journey involved teaching for five years before leading a preschool center for the last eleven years.
In recognition of our team's dedication to preschool quality standards, we achieved SPARK accreditation in 2020. As an active leader within the center, I continuously guide and inspire my skilled staff towards professional growth. I prioritize building strong relationships with parents and the community because I firmly believe these connections are crucial for holistic child development.
