Overview

The Early Childhood Development Agency ECDA, established on April 1, 2013 as an autonomous body jointly supervised by the Ministry of Education MOE and the Ministry of Social and Family Development MSF, serves as Singapore's regulatory and developmental authority for early childhood education. ECDA is headquartered under MSF.
